Sneed Cemetery is located in southeastern Titus on a tract of land once owned by Clarence Spann in the south part of the George Clapham Survey.  H. T. Rhea and wife, Sarah, gave a deed dated February 25, 1877 to trustees of the Christian Church for the purpose of building a Christian meeting house and for church and school purposes.  The land was evidently used for burial purposes also.  History records that the Center Grove Church of Christ was established there, but church membership split around that time.  One faction went East and established the present Center Grove Church.  The other faction went west and established the Center Point Church.  The cemetery was abandoned after the split.  Members of the Sneed, Gaggers, Frizzell, and other families are possibly buried in the cemetery.

There is currently only one monument in the cemetery, atop a hill in open pasture and unprotected at the grave of two children of T. R & S. F. Gaggers.  Tree limbs fall on the monument, but underbrush seems to be controlled.  Two native stones were also found in the cemetery.
