Adams Chapel Cemetery
Texas FM-127, Titus County, Texas
Adams Chapel Cemetery, named for the now-defunct Adams Chapel Church, is a small public cemetery located between Mount Pleasant and Monticello in rural southwest Titus County.  Adams Chapel Cemetery was first created in 1932 when Mr. D. A. Perkins donated the land for a cemetery upon the death of his grand-daughter, Maida Ruth Perkins, who was interred on September 17, 1932.

The cemetery is fenced by a chain-link fence and is well kept.  Approximately 60 rectangular-shaped concrete markers are located throughout the cemetery.  It is unclear if they are used as plot boundaries or grave markers.
